Job Description
We are seeking a Settlement & Reconciliation Specialist to manage daily reconciliation and ensure timely settlement of transactions across platforms. Responsibilities include reconciling records with banks, gateways, and partners; investigating discrepancies, reversals, and failed settlements; preparing settlements in accordance with SLAs; monitoring accounts; and producing reconciliation reports and audit trails.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 2–3 years’ experience in reconciliation/settlement (fintech, banking, or payments preferred); strong transaction lifecycle knowledge; meticulous attention to detail; advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00/month plus commission and bonuses; hybrid role with three days on-site per week.
