Job Description
Pearls & Curve seeks a professional Front Desk Officer for our Lekki Phase 1 spa. Full-time position offering ₦150,00/month. You will greet clients, manage phone calls, emails and inquiries, handle appointment scheduling, maintain records, coordinate daily operations, address client feedback, and prepare routine reports.
- Qualifications: HND/BSc in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in front desk, administration, or customer service (spa or hospitality preferred).
- Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, MS Office proficiency, and a professional demeanor.
- Attributes: proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
