Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Relationship Management to lead client relationships, expand strategic accounts, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing relationship strategies, managing key client portfolios, driving cross-sell initiatives, resolving escalations, and collaborating with sales and product teams. The role also involves mentoring staff and analyzing client needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in client or account management
- Proven track record in revenue growth and strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred; CRM proficiency required
