Job Description
We are seeking an Admin Officer / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and maintain efficient office operations. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports and correspondence, maintain records, and handle vendor and client communications.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in MS Office
- Discreet with confidential information and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving required
