Job Description
We are seeking a senior finance leader to grow assets under management to ₦25 billion by FYE 2025 and drive sales across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI, Counterparty, and Public Sector segments. The role includes deposit mobilization, building profitable client relationships, providing tailored investment advice, and marketing structured deposits, treasury, and brokerage products.
- KPIs: ₦25B AUM; 100% achievement of deposit liabilities, special products and cross‑sell targets; personal ₦500M and team ₦1.5B within 90 days.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, 8+ years in asset management, expertise in structured products, strong analytical, commercial, communication and leadership skills, and high integrity.
- Reports to MD & Managing Partners. Full‑time.
