Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Learning & Development Specialist based in Ajah, Lagos. Responsibilities include designing and delivering instructor-led and e-learning programs, managing LMS records, coordinating training sessions, supporting onboarding, evaluating learning outcomes, and providing administrative support. The role requires teaching AI and technology skills to modernize programs and contributing commercially by achieving at least one direct sale per quarter.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Education, Business, or a related field; minimum 2 years’ L&D experience.
- Skills: strong presentation and facilitation abilities; proficiency with MS Office and LMS platforms; proactive, detail-oriented, and creative.
- Compensation: up to ₦150,00/month.
