Job Description
erpSOFTapp, a leading Odoo ERP consultancy in Nigeria, is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our helpdesk team. This role offers hands-on experience analyzing business processes, supporting Odoo implementations, and liaising with clients to resolve operational issues.
- Support implementation and troubleshooting of Odoo modules
- Document business requirements and propose process improvements
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Candidates must be fluent in English; French is an advantage. We seek logical, computer-literate learners who can work independently after task definition. Fresh graduates awaiting NYSC deployment are preferred. This opportunity is ideal for those beginning a career in business analysis and ERP support within a fast-paced consultancy.
