Job Description
We are seeking a Dynamics ERP Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365/AX solutions. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, implementing integrations, tuning system performance, and supporting deployments in collaboration with functional teams.
- Required: 2+ years supporting Dynamics ERP; strong SQL and C#/X++ skills; experience with Power Platform and web services.
- Responsibilities: incident resolution, system tuning, deployment support, documentation, and end-user training.
- Attributes: excellent problem-solving, clear communication, and customer-facing abilities. Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred.
