Job Description
We are seeking a professional HR Associate to manage full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, post positions, maintain applicant tracking, and coordinate interview processes to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience in employer branding and using data to inform hiring decisions.
