Job Description
Chariot seeks qualified Estate Surveyors to market and promote properties in Lagos, coordinate viewings, manage client relationships, prepare offers and leases, support rent collection and tenant onboarding, conduct market research, and liaise with legal, finance, and administrative teams.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate or property management.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service abilities; familiarity with Nigerian property law; proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
