Job Description
walexBizgroup seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and define long-term strategy. The role will drive growth, optimize performance, mentor department heads, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, build stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and represent the company.
- Requirements: 5+ years in senior management (technology sector preferred); Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong business and financial planning skills, excellent communication; familiarity with software development or hosting is a plus.
