Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Executive to nurture client relationships, manage inquiries, and drive revenue growth. The role requires identifying sales opportunities, meeting targets, delivering outstanding service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the customer journey and support onboarding, retention, and upselling efforts.
- Provide proactive, customer-first service and clear communication.
- Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency, fluency in English, and a results-driven mindset.
