Job Description
We are seeking a Knowledge and Research Coordinator to oversee research projects, curate knowledge assets, and support evidence-based decision-making. The role involves designing research protocols, coordinating data collection and analysis, synthesizing findings into clear, actionable reports, and maintaining a centralized knowledge repository.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of research or monitoring and evaluation experience, and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods. Strong analytical and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective coordination abilities, and the capacity to present complex information to diverse audiences are essential.
