Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Financial Administrator to manage receivables presentation and deliver financial administrative support. Key duties include verifying logistics and inventory postings to vendor accounts, reconciling vendor and intercompany accounts, processing vendor payments, and overseeing advances.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; 2–3 years’ relevant experience; MSc or professional certification (ICAN, ACA) preferred; strong general ledger and SAP knowledge.
- Competencies: excellent organization and attention to detail, information management, vendor communication and relationship-building, analytical problem-solving, teamwork, professional integrity, and adherence to deadlines.
