Job Description
Careers Verified seeks a full-time Graduate Trainee to develop skills in retail credit, customer acquisition, loan processing, credit assessment, KYC, and compliance. Duties include supporting marketing of personal and salary loans; sourcing and onboarding customers through field and digital channels; collecting and verifying documents; assisting with disbursement follow-up; learning credit assessment; educating customers on products; and maintaining accurate records.
Development areas: product knowledge, sales, credit risk, regulatory compliance, and portfolio monitoring.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Lower), NYSC where applicable, and 0–1 year of experience.
