Job Description
We are seeking a Head of B2C Sales to lead and scale our consumer sales organization. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, set ambitious yet attainable targets, coach and mentor sales managers, and optimize sales processes and CRM usage. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Own KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline health, and implement data-driven improvements across digital channels.
- Requirements: 8+ years in consumer sales, 3+ years in leadership, proven track record of meeting revenue goals, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with digital channels.
