Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Lead, Asset Management to grow AUM to ₦25bn by FYE 2025 and drive sales across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI, and public sectors. Responsibilities include developing deposit strategies, managing client portfolios, delivering tailored investment solutions, analyzing financials, and marketing structured deposits and treasury products.
- KPIs: ₦25bn AUM; 100% sales attainment; personal ₦500m and team ₦1.5bn resumption within 90 days.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, 5+ years in asset management, and demonstrated expertise in alternative and structured products.
