Job Description
A retail client in Lagere, Ile‑Ife seeks a full-time HR Assistant. Work schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary: ₦150,00/month.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily HR operations and maintaining confidential employee records.
- Assisting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or HND in HR, Business, or related field; 1–3 years HR/administrative experience; strong organizational skills; excellent English; proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws is an advantage. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ile‑Ife and be available to start immediately.
