Job Description
We seek a Consumer Lending Executive to drive retail loan growth by sourcing, evaluating, and managing personal, salary advance, auto, and other consumer credit applications. The role requires customer acquisition, initial credit assessment, documentation oversight, and coordination with credit risk, operations, and legal to ensure timely approvals and disbursements. The incumbent will educate borrowers on terms and fees, monitor repayments to minimize delinquency, maintain sales records, and ensure KYC and regulatory compliance.
- KPIs: loans booked, acquisition/retention, turnaround time, portfolio quality, delinquency
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Economics, relevant lending experience, strong sales, negotiation, and credit skills
- Employment: Full-time. Compensation: ₦100,00–₦120,00/month
