Job Description
LD&D CONSULTING seeks a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Representative in Lekki, Lagos. The role focuses on selling land and property units to meet monthly targets. Compensation: ₦120,00–₦150,00/month base plus commission and performance incentives.
- Generate and follow up on leads; conduct property inspections and presentations
- Respond to client inquiries, build lasting client relationships, and represent the company professionally
- Achieve sales targets through confident, persistent closing and strong negotiation
Requirements: 1–2 years of real estate sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-focused, target-driven attitude.
