Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in Lagos. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₦180,00–₦200,00.
- Lead, supervise, and train front-desk teams; ensure consistent, high-quality guest service.
- Manage guest interactions, resolve complaints, and implement effective service recovery.
- Develop and enforce service standards, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
Requirements: HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; 3–5 years’ experience in customer service or hospitality management; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; must reside in Lagos.
