Job Description
Nabuyar Environmental Consultants seeks an Operations Manager to lead field teams implementing environmental sanitation, pest/vector control, and public‑health programs in Gwagwalada, Abuja (FCT).
- Lead recruitment, training and supervision of data‑collection staff; coordinate field operations, logistics and demand notices.
- Monitor compliance, track progress, prepare reports and liaise with authorities, businesses and communities.
- Manage budgets, schedules and ensure timely program delivery.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Environmental/Public Health or related; 3+ years managing field teams (government/NGO preferred); strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English and Hausa; proficiency with MS Office; flexible hours and travel within Abuja.
