Job Description
Virginrose Resorts is seeking an Operations Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience to enhance systems, oversee departments, improve service quality, resolve efficiency bottlenecks, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and manage inventory, budgets, and forecasts. The role requires effective coordination of cross-functional teams to maintain smooth, high-quality operations.
- Requirements: Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; proven operations management experience; strong organizational and communication skills.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to work in Lagos. Full-time position.
- Compensation: From ₦100,00/month plus accommodation, staff meals, and welfare benefits.
