Job Description
The Regional MEL Officer will lead MEL functions across multiple countries, ensuring programs are data-driven and reports meet donor standards.
- Design and implement MEL frameworks, develop indicators, and oversee rigorous data collection and analysis.
- Facilitate learning events, synthesize findings for program improvement, and contribute to donor reporting.
- Build staff capacity in monitoring, evaluation, and data use; promote quality assurance and ethical data practices.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in social sciences, statistics, or related field; 3+ years MEL experience in multi-country programs; strong analytical skills; proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methods, Excel, and data visualization; excellent English communication.
