Job Description
Citi Residence, a premium boutique accommodation on Onikoyi Estate along Banana Island Road, Lagos, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer for an on-site position in Ikoyi. The role requires oversight of facility upkeep, leadership of teams handling repairs, installations and preventive maintenance for buildings, equipment and systems, and the enforcement of safety and operational standards.
- Manage maintenance schedules, budgets and contractor coordination
- Implement cost-control measures and ensure regulatory compliance
- Possess relevant technical qualifications, proven facilities/property maintenance experience, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
