Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow B2B client acquisition and revenue for our consumer liaison and customer experience services. This full-time role is hybrid/on-site in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, reporting to the Founder/Managing Director.
- Sell retainer, project, and hybrid solutions to banking, fintech, telecoms, and healthcare clients
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; support pricing, proposals, and contracts
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and SLA alignment
- Requirements: 4+ years in BD/commercial sales, strong B2B, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Compensation: ₦250,00/month
