Job Description
Gratitude seeks a self-motivated Senior HR Recruiter to join our remote team. You will own the full recruitment cycle, source high-caliber candidates locally and internationally, and collaborate with hiring managers to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Key responsibilities: design and execute sourcing strategies, screen and evaluate candidates, maintain ATS records, deliver weekly hiring updates, and cultivate candidate relationships.
- Requirements: minimum 6 years of recruiting experience, exceptional sourcing and communication skills, proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- International recruitment experience (UAE, US, UK, Canada, Europe, Asia) is a strong plus.
