Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead accounting operations, manage the monthly close, oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls. The Controller will prepare accurate financial statements, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, drive process improvements, and deliver timely financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of finance experience with supervisory responsibility
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
