Job Description
The Norwegian Refugee Council seeks a Finance and Grants Coordinator to strengthen the NIF Secretariat’s financial and grants management. The Coordinator will ensure sound financial controls, donor compliance, and efficient administration of grants.
- Manage budgets and monitor cash flow; prepare donor financial reports.
- Oversee grants compliance, strengthen internal controls, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Support proposal development and collaborate with program and operations teams to align financial processes with strategic priorities.
- Required: strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with donor regulations.
