Job Description
We are seeking a full-time School Business Manager to lead finance, HR, facilities, and procurement. You will manage budgets, payroll, contracts, and site maintenance while ensuring compliance with education regulations and safeguarding requirements. Reporting to the headteacher and governing board, you will support strategic planning, statutory reporting, and the delivery of value for students and staff.
- Proven experience in school or public-sector finance
- Strong leadership, communication, and supplier-management skills
- Qualifications such as AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent and experience in budget forecasting preferred
