Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Assistant to manage daily operations of a residential apartment complex in Lekki. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for residents and stakeholders, coordinate technicians and contractors, ensure maintenance and HSE compliance, and deliver high-quality service.
- Respond to occupant requests, manage projects, document work, and provide timely feedback to management.
- Requirements: 2–3 years’ facility management experience; HND in Real Estate, Property Management, or Building Technology; strong written and verbal English; excellent customer service, administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Must reside in the Lekki area. Full-time, permanent position.
