Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Administrator to support HR and administrative operations at SUD EQUILIBRE LIMITED. The role involves designing functional operating models, managing recruitment and onboarding, overseeing attendance, leave, employee records and relations, coordinating travel and logistics, supporting payroll and reimbursements with finance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.
- Qualifications: HND or B.Sc; 3–5 years HR/administrative experience
- Skills: strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools; ability to work under pressure
- Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month
