Job Description
Greengates Specialties Ltd seeks a full-time Customer Service Officer based in Yaba, Lagos. The role supports logistics operations by scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating carriers and pickups, requesting bills of lading, reviewing invoices and shipping documentation, uploading records, providing shipment statistics and daily customer updates, processing rate requests, and reporting irregularities.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree / HND / OND and 2–5 years in logistics or customer service
- Skills: Fluent English plus two Nigerian languages, Microsoft Office proficiency
- Other: Resident in Yaba with a valid driver’s license
- Salary: ₦80,00–₦120,00 per month
