Job Description
Phillips Outsourcing is seeking an experienced ISP Supervisor to lead daily aerial customer drop and in-home installations. The role directs technicians on drop routing, ONT/router setup, fiber signal testing, and on-site troubleshooting while enforcing GVA safety, quality, and PPE standards.
- Verify completions with visual inspections and power meter readings; ensure teams have ladders, fusion splicer, and meters.
- Monitor field performance, report to the ISP Manager, and handle client feedback and connection records.
- Requirements: Technical diploma in Telecom/IT/Electrical, 3+ years FTTH aerial experience, strong GPON/ONT knowledge, field supervision experience, basic reporting skills (Excel/Forms/WhatsApp), and ability to perform under pressure.
