Job Description
Lvtopsun New Energy Company Limited, a leading solar products manufacturer in Nigeria, seeks a full-time Human Resources Personnel based in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos. The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training; administer HR policies, benefits, and performance management; maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws; and support employee engagement, wellness, and development initiatives. The role also requires advising managers on HR best practices and collaborating on projects that enhance organizational culture.
- Requirements: proven HR experience and practical knowledge of HR processes.
- Salary: N150,00–N200,00 per month.
