Job Description
Standard Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of Tier 1/2 commercial clients (credit exposure ≥ N2bn; client turnover ≥ N5bn). The role requires driving client value and bank profitability by integrating Stanbic/Standard Bank products and delivering bespoke commercial banking solutions.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 7–10 years in commercial banking, including 1–2 years in a Relationship Manager role.
- Key skills: strong sales and client-management abilities, analytical thinking, initiative, and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Responsibilities: manage relationships, originate and cross-sell products, and achieve portfolio performance targets.
