Job Description

We seek a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support seminary and institute operations. The role includes managing schedules, answering phones and email, maintaining student and faculty records, coordinating events and meetings, preparing correspondence, and performing basic bookkeeping.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, discretion, proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy academic and faith-based setting. Prior administrative experience and familiarity with religious or educational environments are preferred. This position supports faculty, staff, and students to ensure efficient daily operations and timely administrative services.
