Job Description
We seek a Remote Recruitment and Training Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring and employee development for our distributed team. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), and design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training via a learning management system (LMS). The role requires strong communication, proficiency with ATS and LMS tools, ability to analyze hiring metrics, and a minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment or training. This fully remote position demands self-motivation, excellent organization, and a commitment to an exceptional candidate experience and retention.
