Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks an experienced Kitchen Supervisor for its hospitality venue in Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos. Full-time, permanent; immediate start; six days per week. Salary: ₦80,00–₦150,00 monthly.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate staff to ensure consistent food quality.
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards, manage schedules, monitor inventory, and minimize waste.
- Support the head chef to maintain efficiency and performance under pressure.
Requirements: proven supervisory experience in hotels/restaurants, strong leadership and communication skills, solid knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Please indicate if you can start immediately and list the hotels/restaurants you have supervised.
