Job Description
Hotel Capitol seeks a polished and professional Customer Service Representative to ensure outstanding guest experiences at our front desk. Responsibilities include greeting guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining interaction records, coordinating with hotel departments, and keeping the reception area orderly.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc and 1–3 years of customer service experience (hotel, retail, or service preferred).
- Skills: strong verbal and written communication, basic computer proficiency, interpersonal skills, problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
- Availability: must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; demonstrate reliability, honesty, and a professional appearance.
