Job Description

Responsible for reviewing benefit applications, calculating entitlements, completing documentation, verifying eligibility against policy, following up on exceptions, engaging customers across channels, and maintaining the benefits database.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics; 1–2 years in analysis, documentation, or data processing. Pension knowledge is a plus.
- Skills: data interpretation, meticulous validation, payment processing, client engagement, and risk/reporting awareness.
