We are seeking an ICLA Digital Coordinator to lead digital outreach and online case management for our ICLA program. Responsibilities include managing digital platforms and content, providing online information and counseling services, coordinating referrals, ensuring data protection and client confidentiality, tracking user metrics, and training staff on digital tools and workflows. The ideal candidate has experience in digital communications and protection or case management, strong coordination and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to user-centered, ethical service delivery.
