Job Description
We are seeking an Engagement Manager to cultivate strong client relationships, drive project success, and lead cross-functional teams. You will design engagement strategies, oversee delivery, and ensure high client satisfaction across engagements.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and stakeholder relationships
- Develop project plans and monitor performance metrics
- Coordinate efforts between sales and delivery teams
- Resolve issues promptly and guide teams to results
Qualifications: at least 5+ years in client-facing roles, exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred experience in consulting or professional services, strategic thinking, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
