Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers Limited is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment, client relationships, and HR operations with minimal supervision. Key duties include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, onboarding new hires, supervising junior HR staff, maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll and performance tracking, and developing HR policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 4–6 years of relevant experience; strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law; excellent communication and leadership skills; proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/ATS.
- Employment: Full-time. Salary: ₦300,00–₦400,00 per month.
