Job Description
Juliesdesk Consult seeks a full-time Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support management and staff. The role requires aligning HR policies with business objectives, preparing job descriptions and advertisements, managing end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, selection), and overseeing onboarding, training, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Manage performance appraisal, disciplinary and grievance procedures;
- Advise on employment law, conduct salary reviews and redundancy processes;
- Promote equality and diversity; collaborate with managers and unions as needed.
Starting salary: ₦100,00/month. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and policy-implementation skills, with experience in staff development and HR strategy.
