Job Description
Lead the Confectionery Department by baking and decorating cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special events. Responsibilities include creating custom designs, overseeing production, managing and training staff, controlling inventory and costs, and ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Requirements: SSCE or equivalent, a portfolio of work, proven buttercream and fondant skills, creativity, strong attention to detail, and availability on weekends.
- Employment: Full-time, in-person at Ojota Supermarket. Salary: ₦70,00–₦100,00 per month.
