Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Development and Grants Executive to secure funding, build partnerships, and oversee grant proposals and reporting to support organizational growth.
- Responsibilities: identify funding prospects, craft and submit proposals, manage donor relations, monitor budgets and compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Requirements: minimum 3 years in business development or grant management, strong proposal writing and negotiation skills, project management experience, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ideal candidate: strategic thinker, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and committed to measurable impact.
