Job Description

We are seeking an Agricultural Scientist to develop crop management plans, conduct and oversee field trials, analyze soil and plant data, and implement sustainable farming practices to increase yield and reduce environmental impact. The role includes coordinating trial logistics, operating field equipment, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for producers.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agricultural Science or a related field; experience in crop research; proficiency in data analysis and field equipment.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical reporting abilities. Preference given to candidates with extension services or farm management experience.
