Job Description
We are seeking a Marine Services Officer to oversee vessel operations, maintenance, and safety compliance. The role supervises deck and engine activities, schedules repairs, manages stores and spares, enforces ISM Code and company safety procedures, and coordinates with contractors, port authorities, and stakeholders. Candidates must hold a marine diploma or equivalent, have at least three years of offshore or vessel experience, possess strong knowledge of vessel systems, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated incident-reporting ability. Required certifications include STCW, Basic Safety Training, and relevant statutory endorsements. Ability to work variable shifts and to pass medical and background checks is mandatory.
