Job Description
Uncle Stan’s Food, a fast-paced quick-service restaurant in Lekki-Osapa, Lagos, seeks a full-time Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional guest support. The successful candidate will manage phone, email, and online inquiries; resolve complaints professionally; document interactions; and promote products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities: handle multi-channel inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, upsell, and collaborate with teams.
- Requirements: OND, 2–3 years’ relevant experience, excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to perform under pressure.
